Lucy Arkwright

Lucy Arkwright is the Vice President of School Success at Zen Educate, where they focus on providing high-quality teachers and teaching assistants to schools while utilizing technology to streamline the recruitment process. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions, including Childline Counsellor at NSPCC and Mentor at Kids Company, highlighting their commitment to supporting young people. Lucy also served as the Head of Customer Experience at Adepto, developing customer success strategies and service models, and gained experience in SaaS customer success across multiple roles at Rocket Fuel Inc. Lucy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Oxford.
