Steve Wright is an experienced education recruitment leader currently serving as the Regional Director at Zen Educate, where they focus on connecting schools with educators and reducing agency fees. They previously held the position of Managing Director at Monarch Education Ltd for a decade, driving its growth across the UK. Steve has also owned Tamworth Indoor Golf, an advanced facility for golfers at all levels. Their earlier career includes various roles at Teaching Personnel and The Education Network.
