We are a boutique consultancy based in Berlin that teaches leaders and teams to put well-being at the forefront. In a high-pressure world, we offer a path to sustainable performance rooted in well-being. We are Sophie Bachmann and Angélique Hinz; Sophie founded Zen & Go as ex-Siemens Healthineer in 2019, Angélique joined in 2023. 

Our main tools revolve around Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence training. Our practical workshops, key notes, and trainings are not just „nice to have“ but a true investment in long-term performance based on well-being and balance. 

We tailor programs for you and also offer our signature 8 weeks live online program „Emotional Intelligence in Action“ which > 100 participants have joined rating it consistently with an NPS=100.
