Service Desk Engineer - Managed Networks Team at Zen Internet

Bilal Mohammed began their work experience in 2012 as a Steward at Controlled Solutions Group. In 2013, they worked as a Personal Banking Manager at Nationwide Building Society. Bilal then joined Capita in 2014 as a Technical Support Advisor. In 2015, they started working at Zen Internet as a Technical Support Consultant, and later transitioned to the role of Technical Support Specialist. Currently, they are serving as a Service Desk Engineer in the Managed Networks Team at Zen Internet, starting in September 2019.

Bilal Mohammed began their education at Chorlton High School in 2002 and completed their GCSEs in 2007. Bilal then attended Loreto Sixth Form College from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued A-levels in Business studies, ICT, and Economics. Following this, Bilal enrolled at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Information Technology.
