Jonathan Cain has a diverse range of experience in software development and IT support spanning over 19 years. Jonathan is currently employed at Zen Internet as a Senior Developer, leading a project to create a new portal for business customers. Prior to this, they worked at Kalibrate as a Software Developer, supporting their flagship pricing system. Jonathan also has experience as a Software Developer at Zuto, where they supported pre-application websites and backend systems for car finance. At Zen Internet, they worked as a Systems Developer, designing and developing scalable C# systems. Jonathan has also worked at CDL Limited as a Senior Software Developer, supporting and enhancing applications for the insurance industry. Jonathan started their career at Woolworths Plc as an Analyst Programmer, designing and developing applications while mentoring support team members. Prior to that, they worked at SD Worx as a Payroll Executive, dealing with payroll queries and developing internal applications. Jonathan's career started as a Technical Support Advisor at Woolworths Plc, providing technical support for store systems. Jonathan'searly experience also includes working as an IT Technician at Xpress Cash Limited, supporting XP workstations, tills, and computer networks.

Jonathan Cain attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2000 to 2002 and obtained an HND degree in Computer Studies.
