Lien Hayes

Lien Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Lien started their career as a Trainer at Vertex / Vodafone in July 2001 and worked there until April 2002. Following that, they joined Vertex / Vodafone again as a Training Manager and held this position until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Group Learning and Development Consultant at Caudwell Group. In 2006, they joined Morgan Stanley as an L&D Manager and stayed there until 2008. Lien Hayes then joined Zen Internet in 2008 and has since held various roles, including Learning & Development manager and currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development. In their current role, they are responsible for shaping the companywide people development strategy, coaching and developing senior management capabilities, and implementing cultural initiatives.

Lien Hayes completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Lancaster University from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Inclusive Leadership" from LinkedIn in November 2021, "Creating a Culture of Change" from LinkedIn in October 2019, "Leveraging Neuroscience in the Workplace" from LinkedIn in October 2019, and "Embracing Unexpected Change" from LinkedIn in July 2019.
