Max Tolley

Customer Loyalty Specialist at Zen Internet

Max Tolley has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Max started their career as a Teaching Assistant at St Chad's C of E Infant and Junior School in 2011, where they were responsible for setting up the classroom and ensuring the wellbeing of the children. In 2012, they worked as a Retail Assistant at Next, gaining customer service and retail sales experience.

In 2014, Max worked as an Assistant at the Oldham Chronicle, where they reported, wrote articles, and produced editorial content for print and online platforms. Max then transitioned into sports journalism, joining Rugby AM in 2016 as a Feature Writer, specializing in Rugby League coverage.

Max joined the University of Huddersfield Students Union in 2016 as a Volunteering Sports Refurbishment member, working with local communities to improve and refurbish sports clubs and facilities. Max later joined Guidant Global in 2017, initially as an Administrator, where they were responsible for database management, client satisfaction, and timesheet authorization.

Within Guidant Global, they also took on roles as an Account Coordinator, managing client bookings, compliance processes, and records, and as a Recruitment Business Partner, where they focused on recruitment activities.

Most recently, in 2020, Max joined Zen Internet as a Customer Loyalty Specialist.

Max Tolley attended Royton and Crompton School from 2007 to 2012, where they completed their GCSE degree in subjects such as English, Math's, Science, Media, Sport, I.C.T, and Religious Studies. Max then went on to study Sports Journalism at The University of Huddersfield from 2014 to 2016.
