Neil C. began their work experience in 2004 as a Cabin Crew member at Astraeus Ltd. In 2005, they started their own business as a self-employed Driving Instructor at Assured Driving School, where they gained skills in training and coaching individuals.

In 2013, Neil joined Zen Internet as a Team Leader, managing a team of 10 Technical Support consultants. Neil supported their staff through open communication, performance reviews, and building loyalty and trust.

From 2016 to 2018, Neil served as a Product Manager - Voice at Zen Internet, reporting directly to the MD. Neil managed the Voice Product Portfolio for the Small Business and Residential Division, using agile methodology and acting as Product Owner.

In 2018, Neil transitioned to the role of Proposition Manager at Zen Internet, where they worked closely with various departments to create compelling and profitable propositions for the residential customer base. Neil conducted competitive analysis, market research, and monitored future technologies to identify opportunities.

In 2018, Neil took on the role of Technical Support Operations Manager at Zen Internet. Neil was responsible for delivering award-winning service to the retail customer base and leading a team of 5 team leaders. Neil'sfocus was on empowering, consistent, and engaged management to ensure unparalleled customer service.

Neil C. completed their education at Ridge Danyers College Marple from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an Advanced GNVQ in Leisure and Tourism. Prior to attending college, they also attended Hazel Grove High School from 1990 to 1995.
