Stuart Birchall

Stuart Birchall has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, primarily with Zen Internet since March 2000, where Stuart currently serves as Head of Service Development. In this role, Stuart focuses on enhancing product and service capabilities through innovative technologies to improve customer experience. Stuart also chairs the Zen Technology Advisory Group, guiding company strategy on new technology and innovation while promoting knowledge sharing across divisions. Previously, Stuart held positions such as Head of Customer Solutions Architecture, Technical Services Director, and Pre-sales and Technical Support Consultant, where Stuart managed customer solutions and established key business functions. Earlier in his career, Stuart worked as a Service Point Engineer for The Co-operative Banking Group, and Stuart holds a BSc Hons in IT from The University of Salford.
