Tuseef Shah

Tuseef Shah has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering and technical support. Tuseef started their career at Air Products and Chemicals as a Server Support Engineer, where they worked in a 2nd line break-fix team supporting 1200 servers globally. During this role, they gained knowledge in Windows and UNIX systems, as well as Veritas BackupExec and Legato Networker backup systems. Tuseef also had experience with SAP servers and UC4 scheduler.

In 2006, Tuseef joined Zen Internet and took on various roles within the company. Tuseef started as a Technical Support Services Consultant, providing 1st line support and assisting with VOIP setup and VPN support for customers. Tuseef was then promoted to a Network Operations Center Engineer role, where they were responsible for customer-facing 2nd/3rd line support and overseeing the Core ISP Network during off-hours shifts.
