Thomas Buron

Thomas Buron is a seasoned Agile coach with extensive experience in facilitating agile transformations across various organizations. Currently serving as Coach Agile@Scale at Zen Value since September 2023, Thomas previously held the position of Coach Agile at Wakam, where responsibilities included ensuring scalability and fostering a product and impact-oriented culture. Prior roles included significant contributions at Ippon Technologies, where Thomas supported agile deployment for BNP Paribas and Société Générale, focusing on scaling agile practices and coaching leadership. Earlier career experiences encompass Scrum Master roles and software development positions at Accenture, anonymation, Digiplug, and eBusiness Information, demonstrating a solid foundation in both technical and leadership capacities. Thomas holds a degree in new technologies, internet, and multimedia from ESIL.
