Dhruv Singhal

Dhruv Singhal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dhruv started their career at HP as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for writing change requests and participating in User Acceptance Testing. Dhruv then joined eClinicalWorks as a Technical Account Manager, serving as the main contact for EHR support services and resolving technical issues for multiple clients. Dhruv took a sabbatical in 2016 to travel and volunteer in different countries. Upon their return, they worked as a Product Manager at Miltenyi Biotec and as a Web Developer at SmartHomecare and Summary Seven Healthcare Consulting GmbH. Dhruv joined ABOUT YOU Holding SE as an IT Business Development professional before transitioning to Instagram, where they became a Content Creator, managing and creating high-quality content for the platform. Dhruv later became the Founder of Apple Overseas before taking on the role of IT Project Manager at ZenAdmin. Dhruv is currently serving as the Operations Team Lead at ZenAdmin.

Dhruv Singhal completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with specialization in Business & Economics from Stony Brook University from 2009 to 2013. Dhruv then pursued a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Münster, graduating in 2022. In addition, Dhruv obtained various certifications related to digital marketing and SEO from LinkedIn in 2021.
