Nick Carter is an experienced investor and advisor, currently serving as an investor at Hydr since January 2021, while simultaneously holding investor and advisor roles at Zencargo since 2017 and Fruugo since 2015. Previously, Nick advised and invested in Trailsuite Ltd until its acquisition by The Access Group in August 2021 and in Ten Kites Limited until its trade sale to Nutritics in July 2021. Nick was CFO at Gondola Group Limited from 2007 to 2015, overseeing a significant take-private by Cinven and multiple sales of brands to various investment firms. Prior to that, Nick acted as CFO at Halfords during its CVC-led buyout and IPO exit in 2004. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield, with early education at St Albans Abbey School.
