Tom Rogers is the founder and chief executive officer of ZenCentiv, which aims to transform compensation from a back-office burden into a proactive engine for motivation, alignment, and growth. Rogers founded Spiff and served as a team lead and strategic account executive from 2019 to 2024, helping the company grow from 10 to 300 employees before its acquisition by Salesforce. Prior to that, Rogers held leadership and teaching roles at Paradigm High School (Math Department Head and Mentor, 2007-2015), ROOTS CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL (Math Teacher and Math Department Lead, 2015-2017), Enigma Escape Experience (Owner, 2016-2020), Service One Enterprises (Team Leader, 2006-2007), and Discover Financial Services (Team Leader, 1999-2006). Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from the University of Utah (2002-2006).
