Nicolas Gras has a diverse work experience. Nicolas started their career at Bonduelle Food Services as a stage assistant compte-clés, where they were involved in preparing client negotiations and creating sales materials. Nicolas then moved on to Bonduelle as a responsible de secteur, where they managed brand development for Bonduelle and Cassegrain in 100 stores.

After that, Nicolas joined Joosbayoo as a network and development manager, responsible for overseeing a network of franchise restaurants and implementing strategic plans, promotional actions, and communication plans. Nicolas also had a role in product and marketing strategy.

Nicolas then transitioned to Zenchef, where they held various positions. As a customer success manager, they managed a portfolio of 500 clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing training and support. Later, they became a customer success manager senior, in charge of premium clients such as Michelin-starred restaurants and restaurant groups. Additionally, they served as a team lead customer success, leading a team and facilitating workshops for continuous learning.

Most recently, Nicolas worked as a team lead account manager at Zenchef, where they were responsible for managing the account manager and key account manager team. Nicolas implemented action plans to retain customers and achieve low churn rates, defined budgets, and organized workshops for experience sharing and continuous training.
