Will Fleury

Will Fleury is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and software development. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Zencoder since March 2025, Will leads a team focused on innovative AI solutions. Previously, as VP of Engineering at Tracer from March 2023 to March 2025, responsibilities included overseeing the Brand Protection Platform and leveraging AI for content analysis and removal. Will held the position of Director of Engineering at Teradata from October 2017 to March 2023, where leadership centered around the new Vantage ModelOps product. With a foundation in engineering and operations research from the University of Galway, Will's career also includes significant roles at Peracton Ltd., Boxever, IBM, and Pro Manage Technology Ltd.
