Pradeep K.

Pradeep K. has been working in the tech industry since 2000. Pradeep started out as a Software Engineer and Project Lead at Philips, where they demonstrated the PNX0151 and PNX4103 platform delivery to a Tier1 customer (Nokia) on time (volume >1M). Pradeep then moved to Ericsson in 2008, where they served as a Senior Engineering Manager and led a Product Design Engineering team of over 30 engineers. In 2010, they joined Intel Corporation as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Engineering Manager, where they demonstrated the highest level of Tier1 customers (Apple/Samsung) satisfaction on the wireless LTE MODEMs (>200Milion devices). In 2016, they joined ChargePoint as Director of Technical Program Management and launched complex “High-Speed DC fast charging” within record time (<1 yr) by effective milestone plan, change controlled board (CCB), and Key performance (KP) metrics tracking. Pradeep then moved to Uber in 2018 as a Lead TPM -NeMo, and in 2020, they joined Uber/Aurora as a Lead TPM - Advance Technology Group (ATG). Currently, they are a Senior Director Program Management at Zendar.

Pradeep K. completed a Certificate in Leadership & Culture from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2020. Pradeep also holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. Pradeep K. also attended TVS Madurai.
