Ryan

Ryan is the Co-Founder and President at Zendoor, a company that helps people buy, sell, and rent homes. Prior to Zendoor, Ryan was the Vice President at ABI Multifamily from July 2016 to August 2020. ABI Multifamily is a brokerage and advisory services firm that focuses exclusively on apartment investment transactions. The experienced multifamily advisors at ABI Multifamily have completed billions of dollars in sales and thousands of individual multifamily transactions. ABI Multifamily incorporates a global approach with regional real estate expertise to successfully complete any multifamily transaction, regardless of size and complexity.

Before their time at ABI Multifamily, Ryan was an Associate at Sperry Van Ness from December 2014 to May 2015. As an analyst for the multifamily sales team, they focused on the Phoenix real estate market and provided support for the team in various capacities. Ryan was later invited to work for Insignia Commercial Real Estate when the multifamily team started the company.

In addition to their experience in the real estate industry, Ryan has also worked as a Project Manager at Legendary Landscaping from May 2014 to May 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing landscaping projects for the company's clients.

Ryan is also a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at SH Capital Management, a company that provides financial planning and investment management services to individuals and families.

After completing their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Real Estate from Arizona State University, Ryan obtained their certification from Arizona to become a licensed real estate agent.
