Zenett is a development execution and risk consultancy for private residential developers and development funds in NSW.

We work across the full project lifecycle — due diligence, feasibility, approvals, consultant management, builder procurement, delivery, and exit. We step in early, remove bottlenecks, and carry accountability through to completion.

Most development managers report on projects. We de-risk them.
The difference is in the preparation. A locked brief before consultants are appointed. A construction cost estimate built trade by trade, not rate per sqm. A DA package that arrives complete. A builder procurement strategy that anticipates variation exposure before the contract is signed.

That discipline applied consistently from the first site inspection to the final settlement is what protects developer capital and delivers outcomes that hold against the original feasibility.

Zenett was founded by Goran Iliev, PMP® — a development executive with 15+ years of experience, 850+ apartments delivered, 1,200+ student accommodation rooms, and over $1 billion in construction value across residential, mixed-use, and hospitality in NSW.

De-risk decisions. Control execution. Deliver with certainty.
