Umar's most recent role was at Zenex Partners, where they held multiple positions. As an HR Generalist, they oversaw HR processes for multiple locations, handled labor and compensation issues, and managed onboarding activities. Umar then became a Lead HR Specialist, contributing to the company's mission of connecting diverse talents to the right opportunities. Currently, Umar is serving as an HR Operations Manager at Zenex Partners, where their responsibilities include leading HR teams, specializing in US payrolls, and managing accounts for US and domestic clients. Umar has a track record of driving organizational growth, building client relationships, and leveraging HR skills for business success.
Umar Watson pursued their education starting in 2016 at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. Umar obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology in 2019. Following that, from 2020 to 2022, Umar attended CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Umar also gained additional certifications, including being a Certified Professional in HRMS & Payroll from Greytip Software Pvt. Ltd. in January 2021, obtaining a certification on Health and Safety at Work from NEBOSH in February 2018, and completing a course on ChatGPT & AI Hacks with MS Office from Skill Nation in June 2023.
