Merve Koók is a Senior Product Designer and UX Mentor, currently at Zenitech. They previously held positions at CyberBox, where they led the design for a complex NFT market and achieved over 1,200 active users within three months, and Upsy Shopping Helper, where their redesign efforts increased user engagement and sales significantly. Merve has also worked at Telesmart.io, contributing to award-winning designs, and has experience as a User Experience Intern at Click Labs. They hold a degree from Budapest Business School, and they continue to mentor emerging designers through adplist.org.
