Birmingham’s Premier Digital Marketing Consultancy
ZenithSpark is a boutique digital marketing agency based in the heart of the West Midlands, specialising in high-quality copywriting, SEO services, and social media management for ambitious businesses across Birmingham and beyond.

Founded by Rich Jarrott, a seasoned communications and digital marketing specialist with over 20 years of proven experience, ZenithSpark was born from a simple belief: every business deserves marketing that sparks genuine growth, not just empty metrics.

Our Founder’s Story
Rich Jarrott brings an unparalleled combination of corporate expertise and entrepreneurial insight to every project. His journey spans from managing multi-million-pound government communications programmes to building his own successful digital marketing consultancy, Create Digital Marketing, where he helped fashion retailers achieve Sunday Times Fast Track recognition and luxury brands secure placement in Harrods.

Rich’s expertise encompasses:
Over 10 years in online retail marketing and technical SEO
5 years in the education sector stakeholder engagement
5 years managing political communications and lobbying
Extensive experience with B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns
Advanced certifications in project leadership and contract management
His career highlights include achieving the coveted number 1 Google ranking for the highly competitive search term ‘watches’ while working with luxury jewellery retailers, and successfully recovering over £900,000 in lost sales through strategic SEO intervention following a major website migration.

Why We’re Different
As a Birmingham-based marketing agency, we understand the unique challenges facing West Midlands businesses. Unlike large corporate agencies that treat clients as account numbers, ZenithSpark provides personalised digital marketing solutions tailored to each business’s specific goals and market position.
