> What is the TIJ technology?

The TIJ technology (Thermal Ink Jet) is a drop of demand technology. Résistors are used to warm up the ink that is converted into gas status inrder to be thrown away throught the nozzles. in order to print.

Zenjet Coding is fully dedicated to TIJ technology in order to comply with all industrial constraints : environment constraintst (dust, humidity, température variation…), cost management, hardware reliability in order to reduce downtime, marking quality , n high speed coding…

This technology can be used for many applications with numerous market sectors::
• timber and wood indutry
• film coding Inside filling machines
• Datamatrix used for T&T pharmaceutical applications
• cement bags
• film marking in dairies
• casecoding
• PVC tubes marking...

Last the TIJ technology is clean using no volitil solvent because of the use of a simple cartridge like the one used in office printing !
