Arthur Huang is a highly experienced professional with a background in product operations and technical solutions. Currently serving as a Product Operations Manager at Zenlayer since July 2022, Arthur previously held multiple positions within the same company, including Solutions Architect, Product Specialist, and Data Center Network Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from client interactions and technical presentations to hands-on data center support and product training. Prior to Zenlayer, Arthur worked as a Front Desk Agent and Pre-arrival Coordinator at Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Drexel University.
