Chinchye Lim

ChinChye Lim is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Carrier Relations at Zenlayer since March 2017, where responsibilities include managing carrier relationships, procurement, and IP peering in the APAC, MEA, and Oceania regions. Prior to this role, ChinChye held various positions at Zenlayer, including Director and Sr Carrier Relationship Manager, effectively leading teams to expand the network across four regions. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Product Manager for IP products at PCCW Global, where ChinChye managed IP and MPLS initiatives for the South Asia region. Additional experience encompasses roles at StarHub, covering peering coordination and engineering functions, as well as technical support at Fujitsu Singapore. Academic qualifications include a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Telecommunication) from Newcastle University and a diploma in the same field from Singapore Polytechnic.
