Jeff Geiser

Jeff Geiser has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jeff is currently working as the VP of Customer Experience at Zenlayer, where they lead various teams such as Solutions Engineering/Architecture, Provisioning, TAM, and NOC. Prior to their current role, they were the VP of Global Solutions Engineering at Edgecast. Jeff served as the Vice President of Technology Partnerships at SeaWell Networks, where they were involved in cutting-edge adaptive bit rate technology and the closing of venture capital rounds. Before that, they worked as the Global Director of Media at Keynote Systems, Inc. and as the Director of Technical Consulting at Akamai Technologies. Jeff also has experience as a Principal Optical Engineer at GiantLoop Network and as an Area Manager in the Global Client Services division of Compuserve/UUNet, where they designed dial-up networks and layer 2 wide area network solutions.

Jeff Geiser has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering with a minor in Chemistry from Texas A&M University. Jeff has also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University. In addition, they are a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, having completed the certification in May 2023.
