Tony Chen is an experienced professional in sales operations and project management, currently serving as a Sr. Sales Operations Manager at Zenlayer since May 2018. In this role, Tony has been instrumental in building quote-to-cash processes, optimizing the customer journey, and leading the Salesforce platform development to enhance sales activities. Prior to this position, Tony held roles at Zenlayer that included Sales Operations Manager and Sr. Sales Operations Specialist, focusing on sales data analysis and pricing strategies.
