Alexej Penner

Alexej Penner is an experienced MLOps Engineer currently working at ZenML since December 2021, focusing on creating reproducible Machine Learning pipelines within an open-source framework. Prior experience includes a role as a Machine Learning Engineer at mgm technology partners GmbH and as an AI/Machine Learning & Big Data Engineer at eForce21 GmbH. Alexej has also engaged in research on Object Detection Algorithms during a Master Thesis at BSH Home Appliances Group, and contributed to various projects in academic settings, including teaching at TUM Graduate School and researching modular multilevel battery technology at Bundeswehr University Munich. Alexej holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, and a High School Diploma from the German School New York.
