Kallen Maher

Kallen Maher is the Vice President of Delivery, leveraging a diverse professional background in customer care, project management, and business development across various industries. Kallen has previously served as Director of Customer Care at Balihoo, where they improved customer experience and developed service protocols. Their earlier roles included Portfolio Director and Senior Engagement Manager at Zennify, where they managed large Salesforce implementation projects and fostered client relationships. Kallen also gained experience as a Business Attraction Specialist with the Idaho Department of Commerce, providing consultative services to businesses. They are currently pursuing education at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
