Miriam H.

Miriam H. serves as the Lead of Technical Accounts at Zenoti since December 2016, overseeing a team of Technical Account Managers and Product Support Consultants in Dallas and Vancouver, B.C. Prior to this role, Miriam held various positions at Entomo (acquired by E2open) from 2012 to 2016, including Senior Technical Account Specialist and Technical Account Manager. Experience also includes roles at Zonar Systems (acquired by Continental AG), the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Microsoft, and several consultancy and research positions. Miriam holds an M.S. in Information Management from Syracuse University and additional certifications and degrees in Information Technology and Economics from the University of Virginia and University of Rochester, respectively.
