Nikhil Gupta

Nikhil Gupta is a seasoned professional in site reliability engineering and DevOps, currently serving as Senior Manager - SRE at Zenoti since May 2022, following a tenure as Manager, DevOps at Amazon. With previous experience at Zenoti as Senior Manager, SRE and a background in engineering services management at Poly, Nikhil has demonstrated leadership in various engineering domains, advocating for practices such as Continuous Integration and test automation. In addition, Nikhil co-founded the Sunstone Alumni Early Stage Investment Fund, supporting tech startups. Prior roles include Release Manager at Host Analytics Inc, Software Engineer at SumTotal Systems, and a brief stint at Convergys India Ltd in customer service. Nikhil holds several degrees, including a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering and is currently pursuing a PG Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at The University of Texas at Austin.
