Sanjeeva Maithani serves as Vice President and Global Head at Zensar Technologies, overseeing Performance and Rewards, HR Technology, HR Operations, and Mobility since October 2013. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Sanjeeva has driven digital transformation initiatives, improving HR processes through automation and innovation, resulting in significant enhancements in productivity and data accuracy. Previous roles include HR leadership positions at Capgemini Financial Services in both India and the UK, where Sanjeeva focused on employee engagement, compensation, and performance management. Sanjeeva holds an MBA in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a B.E. in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
