Vivek Ranjan

Vivek Ranjan is Senior Vice President and CHRO at Zensar. With over 20 years of industry experience in HR across multiple countries, regions, businesses and site levels, he has been instrumental in growing businesses and supporting in creating great places to work culture.

Prior to Zensar, Vivek was Head of HR at Ericsson India Global Services with responsibility of 20000+ associates in information & communications technology space. This was preceded by a 12 year tenure in Europe where he was instrumental in establishing and growing European operations for multinational Indian IT organizations like HCL, iGATE, Mastek & NIIT. His role as Head of HR for Europe and India is marked by establishing successful businesses, ramping up of operations, and best-in-class associate experience.

An MBA in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Vivek is a Chartered Member of CIPD (MCIPD), UK. He is also certified in Change Leadership (Prosci) and Executive Coaching (Marshall Goldsmith-ISB). An active member in the GPTW circles, Vivek was a member of the Best Places to Work executive committee. A passionate sportsperson, he is a regular tennis, badminton and cricket player and enjoys travelling.

Vivek holds the responsibilities of the Global HR Head in Zensar.
