Anuj Aggarwal

Anuj Aggarwal has extensive experience in the field of customer success and functional consulting, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Functional Consultant at Zenscale since October 2016. In this role, Anuj leads a team of consultants in the implementation of various ERP software modules, including Finance, GST, Supply Chain Management, and Payroll, while effectively managing client relationships to enhance retention and identify growth opportunities. Prior to this position, Anuj worked as a Manual Quality Assurance Analyst, creating test scripts to ensure product quality for the ERP software. Anuj started their career as an Accountant at K.K.R. International from November 2012 to October 2016 and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance at Lovely Professional University.
