Garima Modak is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in HR at Zensoft Services since March 2025, Garima previously held the position of Senior Executive at Datamatics from February 2022 to March 2025, following a progressive career that included roles as Executive in Corporate HRD and Team Lead at NMS Consultant. Garima began their career as a Technical Recruiter and later as a Senior Technical Recruiter at NMS Consultant. Earlier experience includes HR internships at Workie and Big Bazaar - Future Retail. Garima holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from IPS Academy, Indore.
