Zenteq is a specialist community scheme service provider offering holistic management capabilities and administrative support to the property industry. Zenteq offers a fresh, revolutionary take on the typical property management structures, enabling higher levels of service and expertise coupled with even greater customer interaction and scheme support.

New community scheme legislation came into effect in October 2016 which has significantly changed the landscape for all role players, this from scheme executives to the managing agents that service them and the greater community scheme market. Under the new legislation, scheme executives, and by extension property management professionals, are held to a much higher standard of care in conducting the affairs of a communal living scheme.

Zenteq is ideally placed to provide, and so support, with the requisite skill and capacity allowing you to focus on the management of your valued clients leveraging off Zenteq’s economies of scale and expertise and associated scheme affiliate partners.
