Hillary Matson

Hillary Matson currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Zentro Internet since January 2023. Previously, Hillary held multiple roles at SilverIP from January 2017 to January 2023, including Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Manager of Internal Operations. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of Member Experience at Assemble Shared Office from 2015 to 2016, focusing on community building through member events and social media, and working at the Illinois Institute of Technology from January 2012 to December 2015 as an Assistant to the Director & Meeting Planner, where responsibilities included administrative support and event coordination. Earlier in the career, Hillary worked at TEKsystems for a decade as a Customer Support Supervisor, managing a team and overseeing payroll and HR support for a larger office.
