Mateus T. has a diverse work experience in project management and content development. Mateus currently works as a Project Analyst at ZENVIA, where they are responsible for mapping processes, managing content, and applying training to improve systems. Previously, they worked as a Content & Communication Analyst at Facily, where they focused on content development and communication strategies. Before that, Mateus held roles at (evino), Rappi, and Uber, where they gained experience in process and quality management, CX content development, and customer support. Mateus has a strong background in content creation, process management, and customer service.

Mateus T. attended the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 2022 to 2024, where they pursued a degree in Marketing. Prior to this, they obtained an EF SET English Certificate™ C2 in November 2020 from EF Language Schools for Professionals.
