Rapha Carvalho has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Bank Clerk at Bradesco, where they handled customer service, account problem resolution, and product sales. In 2014, they joined Cotton On Group as a Store Assistant, eventually becoming a Visual Merchandising Leader. In this role, they coordinated daily activities, planned monthly campaigns, analyzed sales reports, and contributed to exceeding sales targets.

Moving on, Rapha worked as a UX Writer at Nexo AI from 2018 to 2019, focusing on creating conversational flows and analyzing chatbot performance. In 2019, they joined OLOS TECNOLOGIA as a Conversation Designer. At ZENVIA, Rapha held multiple roles, starting as a UX Writer in 2019 and later becoming a Tech Leader in Onboarding. They were responsible for managing the onboarding team, improving processes, and implementing low-complexity solutions for customers. Rapha also served as a Senior Project and Process Analyst, where they modeled operational processes and integrated systems for Customer Experience areas.

Outside of ZENVIA, Rapha worked as an Instructor at trampos ACADEMY, teaching a course on Conversational Design. They also served as a Mentor for Conversational Design and UX Writing at Distrito.

Rapha Carvalho completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Rapha has obtained multiple certifications in various fields, including Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate, Scrum Fundamentals Certified, Jira Essentials, Mapeamento de Processos com BPMN 2.0, Design Thinking - Práticas e Ferramentas para Gerar Inovação, Gestão da Inovação, Design Thinking, Fundamentos da Melhoria de Processos, Fundamentos do Scrum, Chatbots: do Zero ao Cognitivo, and Marketing Social. Rapha also holds an EFSET Quick English Check certification with an Advanced/Proficient score.
