Roberta Fontes is currently serving as a Customer Success Analyst PL at ZENVIA since January 2024, where responsibilities include driving account strategies and developing personalized success plans for client objectives. Prior experience includes a role as a Junior Customer Success Analyst at SenseData from May 2022 to January 2024, focusing on building portfolio strategies and establishing trustful relationships. Roberta also worked as a Customer Success intern at ABEPRO Jovem and represented engineering students of Sergipe. Previous roles include an internship in Operational Excellence at Grupo Gabillaud, contributing to quality management systems and Customer Success structuring. Additionally, Roberta held the position of Operational Director at NUSEEP and served as Finance and Legalities Manager at AIESEC.
