Naina Malviya

Naina Malviya, CPA, CS, currently serves as Chief of Staff and Head of AI Initiatives at Zenwork, Inc. since March 2022, where Zenwork develops IRS-approved SaaS platforms for regulatory reporting. Previously, Naina held the position of Manager at Zenwork and has extensive experience as Company Secretary at Aparna Enterprises Limited and Guruvayoor Infrastructure Private Limited from 2015 to 2022. Naina began a career in corporate governance at M.A. Thomas & Associates in 2014. Naina completed professional education at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India between 2011 and 2014 and holds a Certified Public Accountant credential.
