Seth Givens

Seth Givens serves as the Human Resource and Operations Director at Zenwork, Inc., since December 2023, following a role as Human Resources Director at Northwest Health System from May 2022 to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Drew Memorial Health System from October 2019 to July 2022 and Manager of Human Resources at Drew Memorial Hospital from July 2017 to July 2022. Additional roles encompassed Pastor at Plum Bayou Baptist Church and various human resources positions at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, culminating in an Administrator role overseeing benefits and compensation. Early career experience includes work as a paralegal and collection supervisor. Seth holds a Master’s of Arts in Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Management and Health Care Administration from John Brown University, and an Associate’s of Applied Sciences in Business Management from Southeast Arkansas College.
