Matthew Sims is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Service Desk Technician at Zenzero since March 2021. Previously, Matthew worked as a Help Desk Engineer at OnIT Services Ltd from July 2015 to March 2021, with responsibilities including answering calls, configuring computers, and providing onsite support to clients.
