At Zenzzen®, we believe that in moments of rising pressure, seconds determine the quality of your reaction. In a chaotic world, it is easy to fall onto "autopilot"—where stress takes the wheel, leading to impulsive reactions we later regret. We created Zenzzen® to give you that critical moment of choice.

Zenzzen is an innovative wearable system designed at the intersection of biomedical engineering and emotional intelligence. Unlike standard fitness trackers that only count steps, Zenzzen performs specialized "Self-Scouting" for your emotions.

How it works:

🔹 Detection: Our AI analyzes key biosignals—EDA (skin response), HRV (heart rate variability), and Voice patterns—to detect rising arousal before you consciously realize it.
🔹 Intervention: A discreet, progressive haptic signal acts as a physical "switch," waking you up from the stress loop.
🔹 Regulation: This signal creates a "Minute of Advantage"—time to apply a regulation technique (like resonance breathing) and shift from agitation to composure.

Our Status: We are currently finalizing our functional prototype (TRL 4) in partnership with experts from AGH University and Kaizen Engineering. We are bridging the gap between cold technology and human empathy, putting AI in the service of EI.

Join us in the revolution of conscious emotional fitness.
