Tuğçe Seven has a diverse range of work experience. Tuğçe started their career in 2012 as an intern at Finansbank - Treasury Department, where they invested and managed 1 Million EUR/USD and gained 3,000$ within a week. Tuğçe also evaluated weekly finance reports from Morgan Stanley & Goldman Sachs to make informed investment decisions. In 2012, they joined Zeo Agency as an Operation Director, and later became the Business Development Director. In 2014, they joined Icerik.com as a Product Manager. In 2017, they returned to Zeo Agency and assumed the role of Head of Finance and Administration. In September 2019, they were promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Tuğçe Seven completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University from 2009 to 2014. Tuğçe then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Finance at Boğaziçi University, which they completed from 2018 to 2019.
