Simon Tabke

Simon Tabke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic transformation and project management across various industries, particularly in the automotive sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Transformation at Zep Inc. since September 2025, Simon previously held a managerial position at Porsche Consulting, where strategic growth transformations and product-driven excellence were the focus. Prior roles include Head of OEMs at ev.energy, Technical Account Manager at KettenWulf, and project management positions at Atlanta Technology Angels and ATN Hoelzel LP. Simon co-founded the Electric Racing Team at the University of Duisburg-Essen and holds an MBA in Management of Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
