Surya Gupta

Surya Gupta has held various leadership roles in procurement and vendor management throughout their career. Surya started as a Sales Account Manager at Invista in 1998, eventually progressing to Global Procurement Leader at DuPont in 2015. Prior to their current role as SVP & Chief Procurement Officer at Zep Inc. in 2023, they also held positions at General Electric and W.L. Gore & Associates.

Surya Gupta holds a Bachelor of Technology in Textiles and Engineering from the Technological Institute of Textiles and Sciences. Additionally, they have completed a Leadership Development Course at the G.E. Crotonville John F Welch Leadership Center. Surya also obtained a Master of Science degree from North Carolina State University. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
