Carol Ip

Carol Ip is an experienced professional in customer success and media planning, currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager at Zeplin since June 2020. Prior to this role, Carol held the position of Director of Customer Success at Inscape Data, Inc. from November 2016 to June 2020, where the focus was on utilizing automatic content recognition to gather data from connected TVs.
