Ipek Basaran

Ipek Basaran currently serves as Legal Counsel at Zeplin since January 2023. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate and Consultant at Hergüner Bilgen Özeke Attorney Partnership from September 2018 to January 2023, and a Student Intern at the Securities Arbitration Clinic, where Ipek represented under-served investors in securities arbitration claims. Other notable experiences comprise judicial internships at the United States Bankruptcy Court and the New York Department of State Office of Administrative Hearings, alongside intern roles at Latham & Watkins, Turkish Philanthropy Funds, TEB Investment, and The Coca-Cola Company.
