Simon Blümcke is currently the Oberbürgermeister of Friedrichshafen and the Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrates at Zeppelin GmbH, with additional roles as a board member for ZF AG. They served as the Erster Bürgermeister of Ravensburg from 2015 to 2024, focusing on areas such as education, public safety, and cultural efforts. Prior to that, Simon was the Bürgermeister of Gemeinde Hagnau from 2003 to 2015. They studied at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen from 1996 to 2002 and participated in a study program at Universiteit Gent in 1999-2000.
